Freshly milled from a blend of whole wheat, rye, barley, oats, triticale and flaxseed meal, our 5 Grain Hot Cereal is a good source of fiber and a satisfying start to your day. Add to baked goods instead of oats for extra flavor!
Suggested use
Stovetop
Bring water and salt to a boil. Add cereal, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes.
