I think everyone can agree, there's something magical about the aroma of fresh baked brownies coming out of the oven. But in today's busy world, it can be hard to find the time to make something special - especially if you follow a gluten free diet. That's why we created a line of delicious gluten free mixes that can be prepared in minutes and offer the traditional flavor and texture of the baked goods you grew up with. Mix up a batch today and enjoy a treat you can feel good about eating!

Suggested use
Brownies
- 1 package Bob's Red Mill® Gluten Free Brownie Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup melted Butter
- 1/4 cup Water
Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
Pour brownie mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, butter and water and mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean, about 35-40 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting. Makes 16 brownies.
*For a thicker brownie, use an 8 x 8-inch pan and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.

For extraordinary brownies, try one or more of these delicious additions:
Peanut Butter • Chocolate Chips • Peppermint Extract • Cinnamon • Coconut Flakes • Chopped Pecans • Dried Cherries • Marshmallows • Walnuts • Instant Espresso Powder • Orange Zest
