- Boil 6 cups water in a medium saucepan.
- Stir in pasta.
- Boil about 10 minutes or to desired texture, stirring occasionally.
- Drain, but do not rinse.
- While pasta is draining, add 3 tbsp lowfat (1%) milk to the warm saucepan.
- Stir in contents of sauce packet and add cooked pasta back to saucepan.
- Optionally: Add 2 tbsp butter for a creamier texture.
- Mix well, until smooth and creamy.
- Serve. Makes about 2.5 cups.
