A savory balance of rice and spices! Our recipe starts with organic whole grain brown rice and wild rice, which are seasoned with an irresistible blend of porcini mushrooms, garlic, onion, and olive oil.
Lundberg Organic Whole Grain & Wild Rice is specially crafted to be a delicious side dish or easily dressed up with your favorite ingredients. Our Wild Porcini Mushroom Whole Grain & Wild Rice makes the perfect stuffing for chicken breasts or Cornish game hens. Or keep it simple- just stir, simmer, and serve!
Suggested use
Stovetop cooking instructions
This product is raw and must be cooked in order to enjoy its delicious flavor.
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 3/4 cups of water, rice, seasoning pouch, and 1 Tbsp. of olive oil. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 32 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Serve hot.
