Fill a basin up with a very warm to hot water. Add 1/2 cup of castor oil, 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 20 drops of your favorite soothing essential oil. Soak your feet for twenty minutes. Dry your feet and massage a few drops of castor oil onto your feet. Wear a pair of socks to allow the oil to soak in.

Moisturizing Hair Mask

Mix 2 tablespoons of castor oil, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 egg in a medium sized bowl. Start applying at the scalp and working all the way down to the ends. Cover your hair with a shower cap and leave on for 30 minutes.
