Clean mode is the strongest; Message mode is medium; Soft mode is low; for first-time users, we recommend using the lowest Soft mode to reduce stimulation to the gums. If bleeding occurs during first use, please allow some time for the gums to adapt.
Do you need to add water many times during use?
No, this water tank has a upgrade super larger capacity of 300ml, cleaning for 2 minutes is enough.
Where can you get replacement tips?
You can find it on the product details page. When I bought the flosser before, I bought the nozzle by the way. It is very suitable and it is the original accessory.
Does the package include the charging adapter?
No. But I think it doesn't matter, because everyone has tons of adapters at home to use. It is enough to get a cable, which can be compatible with my mobile phone adapter and laptop USB socket. It's convenient for charging.
