Vitamin D3 + K2 by Seeking Health contains 125 mcg (5000 IU) of D3 (as cholecalciferol) and 100 mcg of K2 (as menaquinone-7) in an easy-to-swallow capsule.

Vitamin D3 is thought to be more biologically active in the body than D2, the form often used to fortify dairy products and other foods. In some climates, people may be able to produce adequate vitamin D3 from sunlight, but in cooler climates with longer winters, vitamin D deficiency may be more common. Vitamin D is required for optimal absorption of minerals including calcium, making it an important nutrient for supporting healthy bones and structural health. It may also play a role in supporting immune health and cellular integrity.
Vitamin K is an important fat-soluble vitamin essential for circulatory health and normal bone mineralization. Several different forms of vitamin K exist, with the primary dietary form being vitamin K1, or phylloquinone, found primarily in green vegetables. Another form known as vitamin K2, or menaquinone, is found primarily in animal products such as meat or eggs, as well as in foods such as cheese and natto, a fermented soy product.
